01 — OVERVIEW
One team keeping your project on time, on budget and on brief.
Building and fit-out projects involve many trades, suppliers and decisions. MKA project management brings them all under one team, so you have a single point of contact from the first meeting to handover.
We plan the schedule, coordinate contractors, track the budget and supervise quality on site — protecting the design and your investment at every stage.

05 — FAQ
Common questions
Can you manage a project designed by someone else?
Yes. We can manage the delivery of your project whether the design is by MKA or by another architect or designer.
Will I have one point of contact?
Yes. A dedicated MKA project lead coordinates everything and keeps you updated.
How do you keep the project on budget?
We agree the budget up front, track costs throughout and raise any changes with you before they are committed.
How are project management fees worked out?
Fees depend on the size and length of the project. After the first consultation we send a clear written proposal.
