Do you offer grey structure and turnkey options?
Yes. You can hire MKA for the grey structure only or for a complete turnkey build including finishing.
Can you build a design made by another architect?
Yes. We can construct to drawings prepared by another architect, or provide the design as well.
How will I know how the project is going?
We keep you updated at each stage of the work and invite you to site visits at key points.
How is the construction cost worked out?
Cost depends on the size of the building, the specification and the finishes. After a site survey we share a detailed estimate.
