01 — OVERVIEW
Buildings designed around the way you live and work.
Good architecture starts long before the first drawing. We study your site, your brief and your budget, then shape a building that works for the people inside it — with light, proportion and materials considered from day one.
Whether it is a family home, an office or a commercial building, MKA takes the design from concept and massing through to approval and working drawings, and stays involved on site so the building is built the way it was drawn.

05 — FAQ
Common questions
Do you handle authority approvals?
Yes. We prepare the submission drawings needed for approvals and guide you through the process.
Can you design both the building and the interiors?
Yes. Many clients use MKA for architecture and interiors together, so the building and the spaces inside it are designed as one.
How are architecture fees worked out?
Fees depend on the size and type of building and the scope of work. After the first consultation we send a clear written proposal.
Do you work on projects outside Karachi?
Our studio is in DHA, Karachi. For projects in other cities, get in touch and we will discuss how we can work together.
